Remodel Your Bathroom, Built to Last

A bathroom is the most failure-prone room to remodel, one shortcut behind the tile and you’re paying for it in five years. We build them end to end, in-house, on a fixed price, with proper waterproofing, permits handled, and one point of contact start to finish.

What's Included

Built In-House, Built to Last

A bathroom packs plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, and finish work into the smallest room in the house, which is exactly why corners get cut behind the walls where you can’t see them. We keep every trade in-house and build the wet areas to last decades, not years.

No subcontractors

Fred and Gabriel run every project personally, the people who quote your job are the people who build it.

Waterproofing done right

Proper membrane behind every wet wall and a leak-tested shower base the part that decides whether the work lasts.

What Does a Bathroom Remodel Cost?

A powder-room refresh and a gut renovation of a primary bath are very different projects. The biggest cost drivers are layout changes that move the toilet, shower, or vanity; the shower type (a standard alcove vs. a custom walk-in or wet room); tile selection; and add- ons like heated floors. We price all of it into one fixed contract — the number you sign is the number you pay.

Planning Ahead

Planning Your Bathroom Remodel

Waterproofing & moisture

The work behind the tile decides whether the bathroom lasts. We membrane every wet wall and leak-test the shower base before tile.

Layout & accessibility

Moving fixtures changes cost and timeline. We can also build for aging-in-place — curbless showers, grab-bar blocking, comfort-height fixtures.

Timeline & permits

A hall bath runs ~2–4 weeks, a primary bath longer. We pull permits and give you a written schedule before we start.

FAQs

Bathroom Remodeling Questions

What's a realistic budget for a bathroom remodel?

A hall bath typically runs $15,000–$30,000; a primary or custom bath more. We give you one fixed price after seeing the space.

It can cover a small or powder-room refresh — vanity, fixtures, and tile without moving plumbing. A full remodel with a new shower or layout runs higher. We’ll tell you honestly what your budget covers.

Usually the shower and tile work, plus any plumbing relocation — labor and waterproofing in the wet areas drive the cost.

Skipping proper waterproofing and ventilation. They’re invisible when the job’s done but they’re what fails first when done wrong. We don’t cut those corners.

A standard hall bath runs about 2–4 weeks; larger or custom baths longer. You get a written timeline with target dates before we start.
